The operation
An agri-logistics network dispatching field services to farms across 38 Kenyan counties.
What we did
We replayed 64,449 historical field jobs through Wado and compared the distance actually driven against a Wado plan for the same jobs. No integration, and no change to live operations.
What we found
37% of every kilometre driven was unnecessary. The waste did not show up in day-to-day reporting. It only appeared once the plan was measured against an alternative.
